•وحدة وعم الأداء البيداغوجي:

1. ضمان تكوين متكامل لأساتذة وتنمية مهاراتهم التقنية والبيداغوجية بما يخدم العملية التعليمية
2. تكوين الموظفين على مستوى المركز الجامعي مغنية وتنمية مهاراتهم بما يحقق النجاعة في لأداء
3. تقيم الأداء بشكل مستمر وفقا للمعاير الجودة المعتمدة من طرف وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي
4. مرافقة لطلبة السنة الأولى بما يضمن اندماجهم في الحياة الجامعية وفقا للمرتكزات البيداغوجية والنفسية لنظام ل م د 

•وحدة دعم وتنمية التنشيط الجامعي:

1. توفير الدعامة للنشاطات الطلابية للرفع من قدراتهم الناعمة  والتقنية والتنظيمية  وفقا لمنظور الحياة الجامعية.
2. العمل على خلق تنسيق بين مختلف المتدخلين في التنشيط الجامعي من نوادي و تنظيمات وطاقم إداري.
3. الرفع من قدرات الطلبة العلمية والثقافية والرياضية و تشجيع المواهب والإبداعات الطلابية.

The Unity of Pedagogical Performance Support

1. Ensuring an integrated training for teachers and developing both their technical and pedagogical skills to benefit and enhance the educational process.
2. Providing training to the staff at Maghnia University Center and developing their skills so as to achieve efficiency in their performance.
3. Evaluating performance continuously in accordance with the quality standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
4. Providing supervision to first-year students to ensure their integration into university life according to the pedagogical and psychological foundations of the LMD system.

University Revitalization Support and Development Unit

1. Providing the needed support for students’ activities to raise their soft, technical and organizational capabilities along with the perspective of university life.
2. Working to create coordination between the different  stakeholders in university revitalization to name but a few: clubs, organizations and administrative staff.
3. Improving students’ scientific, cultural and sport abilities/ athletic abilities in addition to encouraging students’ talents and creativity.
