The Unity of Pedagogical Performance Support
Ensuring an integrated training for teachers and developing both their technical and pedagogical skills to benefit and enhance the educational process
Providing training to the staff at Maghnia University Center and developing their skills so as to achieve efficiency in their performance
Evaluating performance continuously in accordance with the quality standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
Providing supervision to first-year students to ensure their integration into university life according to the pedagogical and psychological foundations of the LMD system

* نشرالثقافة المقاولاتية في الوسط الشباب الجامعي.
* مرافقة حاملي المشاريع في الوسط الجامعي بما يخدم النجاعة في تحقيق أهدافهم.
* تعزيز الشراكة بين الجامعة ومحيطها السوسيو اقتصادي والشركاء الاجتماعيين في سياق متطلبات رهانات التنمية المحلية وإنشاء مؤسسات قادرة على خلق قيمة مضافة.
* تمكين الطلبة من تقنيات البحث عن وظيفة وتعزيزي فرصهم في إيجاد مناصب شغل.
* تنظيم دورات تكوينية للطلبة في مختلف التخصصات لإثراء سيرتهم الذاتية بما يتناسب مع متطلبات محيط الأعمال وعلم الشغل.

Spreading the sense of entrepreneurial culture among university youth
Offering supervision to project holders in the university community so as to serve efficiency in achieving their goals
Strengthening the partnership between the university and its socio-economic environment along with social partners in the context of the requirements of local development stakes and the establishment of institutions that are capable of creating added value
Equipping students with the needed techniques to find job opportunities as well as enhancing their chances of finding job positions
Organizing training courses for students in different disciplines with the aim of enriching their CVs (resumes) in line with the requirements of the business environment and the world of work

* توفير الدعامة للنشاطات الطلابية للرفع من قدراتهم الناعمة والتقنية والتنظيمية وفقا لمنظور الحياة الجامعية.
* العمل على خلق تنسيق بين مختلف المتدخلين في التنشيط الجامعي من نوادي وتنظيمات وطاقم إداري.
* الرفع من قدرات الطلبة العلمية والثقافية والرياضية وتشجيع المواهب والإبداعات الطلابية.
University Revitalization Support and Development Unit
Providing the needed support for students’ activities to raise their soft, technical and organizational capabilities along with the perspective of university life
Working to create coordination between the different stakeholders in university revitalization to name but a few: clubs, organizations and administrative staff
Improving students’ scientific, cultural and sport abilities/ athletic abilities in addition to encouraging students’ talents and creativity
